Bijak

Bijak is a document issued by the seller to the buyer. This document states the type of goods and the amount purchased, and the buyer takes delivery of the goods based on that and after he/she checked the goods and contrasted them with the Bijak issues the receipt for receiving goods.

In other words, in today’s electronic customs, the customs Bijak is the same as the green license in the previous customs system and means the completion of the customs process. The last step for the exit of the goods from the customs is the customs Bijak. The customs Bijak is issued by the customs officer at the customs exit door.

What is a clearance Bijak?

Customs Bijak is one of the required documents during the customs formalities of the goods and when the owner of the goods or his legal representative wants to perform the customs clearance formalities, he/she can go to the customs office to receive his customs receipt. In Bijak, as mentioned, all the specifications of the goods are mentioned.

When do we use clearance Bijak?

A customs Bijak is used when you want to complete clearance process of goods from customs warehouses. In general, when you go to the customs warehouses for clearance of goods and clear the goods using the warehouse receipt in which all the details of the goods are mentioned, you can then go to the customs office to receive clearance Bijak.

Differences between warehouse receipt and clearance Bijak

Bijak and the warehouse receipt are the same in terms of entering the customs information of the goods. But, when the owner of goods or his/her legal representative wants to do the clearance and receive the goods from warehouse should check warehouse receipt and take delivery of the goods based on that. Note that by the time of delivery to the warehouse, if there is a discrepancy between the delivered goods and the warehouse receipt, the warehouse can refuse to take delivery of the goods and inform the parent company. The owner of the goods or his/her legal representative can go to clearance office and receive the Bijak.

What does the use of Bijak in an exchange mean?

The Bijak issued by the money changers is to pay an amount to the merchant, at which time the repayment amount is also determined. Bijak for exchange was used a lot in the past, when there was no bank note, but today, by development of technology bank note is used instead of Bijak in trading.

The buyers should check the goods based on the shipment Bijak then they issue a receipt for receiving the goods and take the delivery.

Waybill and warehouse Bijak

It should be noted that according to Iranian customs laws, any goods that cross the Iranian customs territory must be registered in official offices. In this method, waybill can be issued for all the registered loads. Like other clearance documents, waybill is an important document among the sellers and buyers.
