Well, the answer to this question can be that according to the advancement of technology and foreign transportation industry, we can use cargo, but what does cargo mean? Cargo is a major mode of transportation that is possible both by air and by sea. And according to the type of goods and the method you choose for its cargo transportation (air, sea), you must apply for the necessary licenses to obtain an order registration license from the relevant organization.
In other words, cargo is a method of transportation in which one or more types of licensed goods can be sent to other countries by non-passenger and commercial aircraft. Most international traders and merchants use cargo services because this method is very convenient and fast for transporting high volume goods.
There are many companies in the field of cargo services that carry cargo both from Iran as cargo and from other countries to Iran. Even some airlines provide cargo services, but there may be restrictions on cargo transportation. For example, some medicines, live animals and some liquids cannot be transported by cargo services.

How to get a license for goods to perform cargo services?
Some goods, such as electrical appliances, clothes, etc., which do not require a license, can be easily transported by cargo services, but the goods whose importation and exportation are prohibited by the political and economic laws of the countries cannot be transported through cargo services. However, some other goods, which are known as legitimate goods and need to be licensed for importation and exportation, can be moved by providing licenses through cargo services, but keep in mind that obtaining a license for legitimate goods is not the responsibility of the companies providing cargo service and the cargo owner must take action for this and send a copy of the license to the cargo service company.
